SEN Teacher

Smart Education is recruiting an SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 7–18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Redditch.

About the Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging and personalised lessons to pupils with SEMH needs in a specialist setting. The successful SEN Teacher will support academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and positive behaviour while helping to create a stable and structured learning environment.

 

Job Responsibilities of an SEN Teacher

Requirements for an SEN Teacher

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs

  • Strong behaviour management skills
